About Our Farm
Our hops yard is the incubator for “The Blue Lake Process®”, our unique in the world method to deliver Whole Fresh Wet Hops year-round. Our on-site processing is done for our farm grown hops as well as hops grown by several other Michigan Hop Growers. Enjoy the Craft Brews featuring our hops at Michigan’s only Hops Farm Biergarten!
