About Our Farm
Center Cup Hop Farm, built by Jeff, Greg, and Adam Housner, is located on a plot of rich, loamy soil on the western edge of Washtenaw County. Our dedication, coupled with a unique background in science and medicine, has led to the cultivation of hops that burst with flavor and aroma. The hops farm is a deliberate step in vertical integration which supplies Housner Brös Center Cup Brewing (a 1-barrel brewing operation) as well as other local breweries and cider producers.
